Corporate wellness · Philippines

Your team knows health matters. What they’re missing is a system.

Most people aren’t short on wellness tips — they’re unsure whether they’re doing enough. My keynotes, workshops, and webinars give your people a simple system for movement, mindset, and nutrition — one that lasts well beyond the session.

Session formats

Keynote
One talk that shifts how the whole room thinks about health and performance.
Workshop
Hands-on and interactive. People leave having built their own plan, not just heard about one.
Webinar
The same frameworks, delivered live and virtual for distributed or hybrid teams.

The approach

Cultivate, don’t optimize.

The anxiety most people carry isn’t “I should be healthier.” It’s “am I doing enough?” — and the answer always seems to be no. More tips don’t fix that. A clear, easy system does.

  1. A system, not hacks

One tip from a video, another from a podcast — that’s hacking through a forest with a machete. A system is the view from above: you can see where you’re going, and every step gets easier.

  2. Conditions over willpower

Your body isn’t a machine to squeeze more output from. It’s closer to a garden. Set up the right conditions and it holds up, even through a hard quarter.

  3. Do something daily, review monthly

Daily tracking is overwhelming, and most of it isn’t in your control anyway. Show up consistently, then step back every month or quarter to check the trend.

Topics

Move, Mind, Fuel — one system.

Book a single talk or combine them into a series. Every session can run as a keynote, workshop, or webinar, in person or virtual.

Move

Exercise as recovery, not punishment

Movement is how the body finishes the stress cycle instead of idling in fight-or-flight. These talks reframe exercise as the missing half of a busy team’s recovery loop.

  • Move with Purpose

Mind

Tools your team can use the same day

Practical mental wellbeing: how stress actually works, how to recover from it faster, and simple practices that fit between meetings.

Talks

Fuel

Nutrition for how people feel and focus

Food framed around mood, energy, and attention at work — not diets or weight loss. What to eat, and just as importantly, what’s quietly draining your team.

How it works

From first email to a session that fits your team.

  1. Step 1

    Send a short note

Your team, rough dates, and what’s going on — a stressful quarter, a wellness month, a return-to-office push.

  2. Step 2

    We shape the session

A quick call to pick the topic and format, and to fit the examples to your team’s actual work.

  3. Step 3

Your team leaves with a system

Delivered in person or virtually, with frameworks people can apply that week — not just a nice hour.

About

Hi, I’m Javier.

“Go easy to go far.”
— Derek Sivers, and the idea behind every session I run

I’m a health coach. My work is helping people build habits that survive real life — deadlines, travel, bad weeks and all. Learn to Move is how I bring that work to teams.

I’ve delivered these sessions to corporate teams in the Philippines through wellness partners, for HR and L&D leads who wanted something more useful than another round of generic tips. Every talk is built on frameworks I use myself — from exercise physiology, breathwork research, and nutrition science — explained in plain language.

I care less about optimizing and more about cultivating: getting the 20% of habits that do 80% of the work right, doing something every day, and checking the trend every month or quarter instead of obsessing over daily numbers.
